The Board is presenting a proposal to update our covenants. Our covenants are incomplete and must be addressed. Please review the proposed changes put forth by the board. Fifty-one percent of property owners must approve for the proposed changes to take place. Please take time to read these. You will have the opportunity to sign at Spring Social.

| POOL ACCESS CARDS |

If you were a resident last year, your pool scan card will be activated by May 19, opening day of the pool. If you are a new resident, a scan card will be issued on May 19, and you can pick it up on opening day. If you have lost your card, a $5.00 fee will be charged and you will need to contact Brian Hinote for a replacement. Email him @ bhinote@gmail.com. |

| NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH |

We are in the process of organizing and implementing a "Neighborhood Watch" in the neighborhood. Several have volunteered already. If you would like to volunteer, contact our VP as she is coordinating this.
